Think about how the Elders gathered around Moses. And they received the same spirit of God that he had to hold up his arms and help him do the work. Elders are mature ones that help to hold up the local church and their assigned places in the spirit. There will be teaching about eldership authority depending on where each individual is at in their relationship with God and in their walk and maturity. Ordination will be done in a 3 month period according to the growth of each person. Elders are ordained to hold up the arms of their leaders and God’s work.
